At Gripzilla, we stand behind the quality of our strength gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all grips, springs, and accessories are included and securely packed for transport.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for signs of use, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
